Planetarium

Take A Guided Tour of the Galaxy Without Ever Leaving Earth.

The James E. Bertelsmeyer Planetarium provides an exciting educational experience by pairing stunning high-definition visuals with state of the art technology in a fully-immersive theater atmosphere. In addition to daily screenings of space-based, full-dome videos, we also present interactive programs ranging from basic astronomy, to earth science, to introducing the constellations, and even art history.

Join us at the Planetarium this Friday (18th), Saturday (19th) and Monday (21st) for special showings of Eclipse 2017 all day long for the three days.   This special show was produced locally by Dan Zielinsky and his students at the Jenks School planetarium.  It is professional quality and both entertaining and informative.  Don't miss it before the big event Monday!  Regular admission prices apply and members get in free.
