W.H. Helmerich Exhibit Hall

Why have a party in an empty hall? Celebrate among vintage and contemporary aircraft in Hangar One at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium. We feature airplanes, open cockpit seating, interactive exhibits and historical displays providing a fun-filled event for your guests. Hangar One can be arranged and decorated for a classic five-course meal or a rousing dance!

Setup for an Event at TASM

James E. Bertelsmeyer Planetarium Theater

Your guests will feel like stars as they view the universe under a 50-foot dome in the planetarium theater. Our A/V personnel can project your own presentation or you may include a Planetarium show as part of the event.
Capacity: 110 guests
Availability: Evenings, daily before 10:00 a.m. and all day Monday

Planetarium Lobby

The soaring ceiling and large windows give an open, airy feeling in an intimate setting. Available for breakfast meetings and evening receptions.

Capacity: Up to 90 seated guests

Availability: Evenings, daily before 10:00 a.m. and all day Monday

Meeting and Seminar Rooms

The classroom with model airplanes suspended from the ceiling is a great space for meetings of up to 32 guests. The conference room offers seating up to 30 in a horseshoe configuration. Both rooms offer internet access and screen for presentations.

Outdoor Events

The site offers over 15 acres for large picnics and outdoor activities. Plan a barbecue, include fun inflatables or sit near the runway to view aircraft landing and taking off.

Museum Exhibit Hall

Rental includes interactive exhibits, open cockpit seating, use of service tables, PA system and podium. Guided tours of the museum are available at an additional cost.

Other Services (cost varies)

Museum tour, planetarium show, staffed hands-on exhibits, ramp space for exhibit of aircraft (Warbirds), military vehicles, photographer, DJ and flight simulator lab.
